Yellowing of the leaves is a common problem with crepe jasmine. Here is how I recover this problem. I grew this plant from cuttings about 8 months ago, and they are easy to grow from cuttings.
Flowers are white and double and produce a sweet smell in the evening after bloom. I have grown this plant in an 8 inch plastic pot. I used 40% sand, 40% soil, and 20% organic compost as its growing medium.
I set this plant where it can get about 4 to 5 hours of morning sunlight only. Growing crepe jasmine is a little bit tricky. Crepe jasmine prefers acidic soil with lots of fertilizer.
1. Crepe Jasmine Chlorosis Remedy – Soil pH Basics
If the soil pH turns slightly alkaline, the leaves turn yellow like this. Soil pH is the measurement of the alkalinity and acidity of soil. On the pH scale, 7 is neutral, below 7 is acidic, and above 7 is alkaline.
Soil nutrient availability mostly depends on soil pH. Crepe jasmine likes acidic soil, and in acidic pH iron, zinc, manganese, and nitrogen become available for the plant. In alkaline soil, these nutrients become unavailable and show this type of chlorosis.

2. Crepe Jasmine Chlorosis Remedy – Fertilizer Choices
I used lots of inorganic or chemical fertilizer like urea, TSP, and muriate of potash. Chemical fertilizers contain lots of salts and they turn soil alkaline. In this situation, organic fertilizer is best to recover this problem.
Through the decomposition process, organic fertilizer releases humic acid and fulvic acid which are acidic in nature. They help to turn soil pH acidic. Organic fertilizers are cool in nature and they increase microorganism availability in soil.
Using lots of organic fertilizer does not cause any harm to the plant.

3. Crepe Jasmine Chlorosis Remedy – My Organic Mix
As organic fertilizer here I am using sun-dried leaves. They do not contain any moisture and they are so crispy right now. Then I use mustard cake powder.
Just break them and use the smaller fragments. Then I use compost. You can also use cow manure, vermicompost, bone meal, seaweed fertilizer, and banana peel.
I take the same proportion of compost, dried leaves, and mustard cake powder and mix them together.

I removed soil around the base of the plant and applied the fertilizer around the plant. After application of fertilizer I covered it. Then I watered it thoroughly.
4. Crepe Jasmine Chlorosis Remedy – Other Factors
There are some other factors that can be responsible for this problem. Insect or pest attack like mealybug, spider mite, and scale can turn leaves yellow like this. Environment or weather change can also cause this type of problem.
